Vintage Wipac 4 Stainless & Chrome Swivel Spot Light Search Work Lamp. Appears to have never been fitted, like nearly new condition with a few very minor scuffs to chrome. Rare 1950's or 1960's Miller "Tungsten Iodine" driving / spot light with a clear glass. Miller lights were used on many sports cars and motorcycles in the 1950's and 1960's. It is "Made In England" and is in good orignal condition. The centre of the glass lens has a chrome centre piece with "Tungsten Iodine" script on the glass. At the top of the light it has the Miller logo. The outside diameter of the chrome light housing is 5.75 inches (146 mm). This is an original vintage part, not a modern reproduction. A portable industrial search or spot lamp, probably dating from the 1930s onwards, and possibly ex military in origin. I have only ever seen this exact design once before (see last pic, Ancient Lights film prop hire company has two), and it's a stunning design and very solidly built. 40cm tall overall, and the light is approx. 20cm diameter, so a fairly big unit. I haven't tested it, but as it is just a wire to a bulb holder I can't imagine it doesn't work, and if it did would be very easy to fix.
