You can be rest assured its been refurbished very well! This is a very heavy duty industrial lamp which has a special bulb inside. It was refurbished to the highest standards. Its colour is a Matt Black Low sheen Textured powder coated finish. Does have some scuffs on the rear side now from being in storage but not dep and could be cleaned up using a household polish.
