This is an original Mk 1 Patt 23 Baby Spot made by Strand Electric in their Covent Garden works. The lantern is superbly engineered and features a die cast ventilated body, 300 degree rotation with the iconic Patt 23 shaped design. Of pressurized die cast aluminium alloy, top hinge for rear access. Bought as a fully resorted lamp and pat tested. Used but in great condition. Complete with steel alloy beam shaping shutters. Lamp holder is an Edison E27 to take a screw thread bulb. Cable is a long black PVC with a black in line rocker switch. Lamp Dims: 440mm Long x 210mm High x 275mm Wide, inc bracket & handle. Comes with a stainless steel & cast aluminium tripod which is fully adjustable. A true statement and talking piece.
