LUCAS SLR 576 (aka "Flamethrower"). Base mounted model with stem. The stem is stamped "156" which I believe indicates that this particular unit was manufactured January 1956. This is from my grandfather's garage so I know it has been in storage for at least the past 50 years. This is a vintage original with some signs of patination, pitting & hairline scratches to the chromed finish, all commensurate with age. The chrome finish to most of the rivets has worn off somewhat.
