Here's a spot light literally built like a tank, with thick and heavy cast-aluminum housing, lens holder, yoke, and base. We estimate it was made approximately 90-100 years ago due to its mercury glass reflector -- you just don't see mercury-glass mirrored reflectors in anything built after 1930.
