If you do find that your order is damaged in anyway on receipt then please contact Litecraft customer services as soon as possible so we can arrange to collection and replacement of your goods.

If you change your mind. Once we have your request for a return our customer services will give you an authorisation number. Goods should be in an undamaged condition. Alternatively Goods can be sent back by your own method of transportation at your own cost.
