The item is un tested - the plug was looking a little unsafe so I have removed it. There is a possibility the item may need rewiring.

There are some scrapes and chips to the paint on the shades. There are some spots of white paint mainly around the button area. The base has some mild rust spots coming through the paint and wear to the paint.
