   STRAND THEATRE LIGHT, WITH MILITARY TRIPOD.. An outstanding piece of military and theatre history. The tripod is originally a military tripod to hold a gas light, with its original brass fittings and fixtures still there. Made by Hilger and Watts in the 60s. The tripod has some chips and some Bowing legs, and does have some woodworm holes which have been treated. All of which add to the character off the piece and show its working life and age.
